No. Markets are probabilistic. We guarantee execution integrity:The engines will execute the strategy logic exactly as programmed, without emotional deviation. Any provider promising "guaranteed returns" in crypto is fraudulent. We provide validated execution infrastructure, not magic.

Absolute transparency. While the source code is proprietary, execution is visible in real-time. You see every entry and exit in the Sovereign Software, but can also verify directly on your DEX. The blockchain itself is your audit trail; you are never left guessing.

The Sovereign Plan executes on Decentralized Perpetual Exchange Hyperliquid. While our execution software is permissionless and non-custodial, users are responsible for their own compliant access to the underlying execution venue.

Global Access Certification: Hyperliquid's location-gated access requires confirmation that you are not located in the United States and are not accessing from a U.S. IP address. Our software Sovereign is provided as infrastructure only and not part of Hyperliquid. Operators assume all venue and jurisdictional risks. Verify the exchange's terms for restricted jurisdictions.

Yes. Should you determine, within the first 30 days following deployment, that this infrastructure does not align with your allocation strategy, we will release you from the agreement and terminate access immediately.

Monthly allocations are final. Annual prepayments are refunded pro-rata for the unused portion after deduction of the non-refundable 30-day for onboarding and deployment. Refunds are processed in the original payment method within 72 hours of termination.
